Shorter or longer settlements, smaller or larger deposits, cooling-off periods and more. We'll ensure to negotiate terms that are both reasonable and favourable to you. If the property is going to auction, we'll set you up with realistic price expectations and not be guided by the sales agent's 'price guides'.
