How much does the auction bidding service cost?

A flat fee agreed before auction day — never a percentage of the purchase price. That means we're never rewarded for you paying more.

Do I have to attend the auction?

No. You're welcome to stand beside us, be on the phone, or simply take our call with the result. Many of our clients are interstate or overseas on the day.

Can you bid above my maximum?

Never. Your ceiling is confirmed in writing on the Authority to Bid form and is kept strictly confidential. We stop where you tell us to stop.

What happens if the property passes in?

If we're the highest bidder we have the exclusive right to negotiate with the vendor immediately — often the best outcome of the day.

Where do you offer the auction bidding service?

Sydney and surrounding markets: the Central Coast, Eastern Suburbs, Inner City, Inner West, Lake Macquarie, Lower and Upper North Shore, Newcastle, Northern Beaches, North West Sydney, Port Macquarie, St George, Sutherland Shire and Wollongong.

I've already done my own research - can you just bid?

Yes. Bidding-only is exactly what this service is. If you'd like an appraisal or due diligence as well, we can add it before the campaign closes.

How it works

WHY BIDDERS LOSE

Winning at auction is all about strategy, not luck

If any of these sound familiar, this is exactly the service we built for you.

LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD

A professional in the crowd, bidding for you.

Picture auction day: the crowd, the pace, the pressure to nod one more time. Now picture a professional buyer's agent standing there instead, working to a plan you approved days earlier.

Whether you're a first-home buyer, downsizing or upsizing, living interstate or abroad, or an experienced investor, we take the emotion out of the room and give you the outcome without the stress.

Our director, Tome Avelovski, is a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer — he knows exactly how the day is run, because he has run it.
