Stacey Packwood brings over 15 years of hands-on real estate experience spanning property management, trust accounting, team leadership and buyers advocacy. Her career began early — completing her Certificate III in Real Estate alongside her HSC before diving straight into the industry, where she quickly proved herself as someone who gets things done and earns trust fast.
A natural next step brought Stacey to buyers advocacy — a move that made perfect sense given her deep knowledge of how properties are managed, valued and transacted. She quickly progressed from administration to Buyers Agent Associate, working closely with clients to understand their briefs and with agents to secure the right properties. Today at Ready Set Buy, she continues that work with the same dedication, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients’ outcomes.
What sets Stacey apart is that she’s not just a professional in property — she’s a participant in it. As an investor, landlord and homeowner herself, she understands the weight of the decisions her clients are making and brings real empathy to every conversation. Her training includes formal leadership development through McGrath head office, ongoing professional development beyond the required CPD with industry leaders Darren Hunter and the Leading Property Managers of Australia conferences, and mentorship alongside respected industry figure Kurt Wrigley.
Outside of work, Stacey is a proud mum of four who lives among the bush and finds her balance through early mornings at the gym, good coffee, and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. That same commitment to what matters most is what drives her work every single day.
